Cars for Homes™

Need to get rid of a car, boat, RV, motorcycle, airplane or other motorized vehicle?
Consider donating your vehicle to Syracuse Habitat for Humanity. Your used vehicle will help combat poverty housing and could provide you with a tax deduction (please consult your tax advisor or the IRS).
Cars for Homes™ is Habitat for Humanity International's national vehicle donation program, providing another way for you to help local Habitat offices like Syracuse Habitat for Humanity to build affordable homes.

You simply call the Cars for Homes™ toll free number, 1-877-277-HFHI (4344), or visit www.carsforhomes.org to donate cars, trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles, airplanes or other motorized vehicles - running or not!
Arrangement will be made pick up your vehicle. Accepted vehicles are sold through wholesale auctions, salvage yards and automotive recyclers.
Once your vehicle is sold, you will be sent an acknowledgement from HFHI and all the forms required by the IRS regulations.
Net proceeds generated by Cars for Homes™ donations are disbursed to Syracuse Habitat for Humanity, who will use the money to help build homes in partnership with local families in need of decent, affordable shelter.
